Terms of Service

By accessing or using Praxis AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Praxis AI.

Courses are sold as one-time purchases granting lifetime access to the purchased course content, including future updates to that course. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change at any time, but never retroactively for purchases already made.

Payments are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's terms.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, request a full refund within 30 days by emailing [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunded enrollments lose access to the course immediately.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute course content, downloadable resources, or your account credentials.
• Use the platform to violate any applicable law or to infringe the rights of others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any part of the service.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest, or mass-download content from the platform.

You retain ownership of business profile information you provide and of the assets you create using our AI tools (SOPs, templates, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store and process this content as necessary to operate the service.

AI-generated outputs are provided as a starting point — review them carefully before relying on them for business decisions, legal matters, financial advice, or any high-stakes use. We are not responsible for the consequences of decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Praxis AI course content, branding, software, and platform are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a non-transferable license to access and use the course content for personal and internal business use. No other rights are granted.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or other circumstances may cause temporary unavailability.

You may close your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by law or our money-back guarantee.

Praxis AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Praxis AI is established. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
