Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to deliver the course and personalize your experience. We never sell your data. We never train AI models on your business information. You can export everything or delete your account at any time.

When you use Praxis AI, we collect:

• Account information — your name, email, and encrypted password.
• Business profile — information you provide about your business (industry, team size, goals) so we can personalize examples and exercises.
• Course progress — which lessons you have completed, quiz scores, and resource downloads.
• Payment information — handled by Stripe; we store transaction records but never see card numbers or CVCs.
• Generated assets — the SOPs, templates, and other documents you create using our AI tools.

• To deliver the course you purchased and grant ongoing access.
• To personalize lesson examples, exercises, and generated assets using your business profile.
• To send transactional emails (purchase receipts, password resets).
• To improve the course based on aggregate progress and engagement data — never tied to individual identities.
• To respond to your support requests.

When you use AI-powered features in Praxis AI, your business profile and prompts are sent to Anthropic (Claude's provider) to generate personalized responses. Anthropic processes this data as our service provider under their commercial terms — they do not train models on your inputs.

You can disable AI personalization in Account Settings. Doing so falls back to generic course content but preserves all other functionality.

• We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
• We do not share your business profile with other students.
• We do not train AI models on your inputs or generated content.
• We do not place advertising or tracking pixels.

We use a single session cookie (set by Supabase Auth) to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We measure aggregate page performance and traffic via Vercel Analytics, which does not track individual users.

We retain your account data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings → Security → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

What deletion removes:

• Your login (email and password)
• Profile (name, business profile)
• All AI-generated business assets you produced
• All accumulated AI memory about your business
• All course progress and quiz history
• All active enrollments (access to course content ends)

What we retain after deletion, with personal identifiers removed:

• Order records (amount, date, course purchased) — required by tax and anti-fraud regulations in most jurisdictions, typically for 7 years. Your name and email are removed from these records as part of deletion.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].

We will update this policy as our practices evolve. Significant changes will be communicated by email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
